Our strong leadership in maritime law in Spain have been the result of much work involving shipping casualties including; assistance on the spot of the casualties; investigation of the cause of the accidents; providing legal advice and litigation services for both, salvage and collisions cases, all over the Spanish territory. Well known too is our ship arrest/release practice, and liens on cargoes.
