Credentials:

Law Degree cum laude from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), Erasmus at the Humboldt University in Berlin specialising on International Law and English at the Philippines University in Manila.

Frédéric has a very good knowledge of the Eastern European countries where he worked i.a. in Poland for a well-established real estate office and in Kosovo after the war as a project manager for the Red Cross.

During his training as an attorney, Frédéric wins a well-known Belgian pleading award (“Prix Boels”). Member of the Brussels Bar, he starts to work at top Belgian law firms (Tossens, Prioux & Kileste; Simont Braun) in the areas of commercial law, unfair trade practices, distribution law, industrial law and intellectual property law.

Frédéric today advises Eastern European companies for their development projects in the field of transport and distribution as well as Belgian companies or independent individuals in the field of construction -both in commercial law and tort - and in liability matters. He acts as an attorney both before the Belgian legal and administrative courts.

He has a very rigorous approach towards the litigations he deals with and is a skilled negotiator. He is known to assist his clients with a ruthless spirit and great availability.
