Ukraine to replace grain export quotas with duties

Ukraine's government has proposed to parliament that the current grain export quotas should be replaced by export duties, according to a draft law published on Monday, Reuters reported. The government proposed imposing 9 percent duty for export of wheat, 14 percent for export of barley and 12 percent for maize.
