Amongst our key areas of expertise, we emphasize on sale and purchase issues or build contracts and insurance disputes including collision, theft, marina liabilities, recoveries or policy disputes. We also advice on charter disputes, finance agreements as well as commercial agreements (terms of business for designers, distributors, repair contracts, agency or crew agreements).
